“Penny’s is growing really fast, and we’ve had some really exciting opportunities,” says Hugo Bidler, managing director of Penny Hospitality.

Every inch of the intimate, 60-seat auditorium has been carefully optimized by Penny’s interior design team. With dark neutral tones and a simple, clean design, the restaurant-style space lends a contemporary look to the growing vibe of Melbourne Street.

Heat’s breakfast and lunch menu is filled with Australian favorites and curated to emphasize locally sourced, nutrient-packed ingredients.

The core of Heat’s brunch menu can be wrapped in delicious grilled maple granola, served with coconut yogurt, avocado pannacotta, and topped with hazelnuts, cocoa, and a drizzle of blue gum honey.

Other items you can dive into include a chili chicken omelette – paired with pickled salad, bean sprouts, and Thai nam jim sauce – or perhaps eggplant, provolone and basil pancakes with mashed avocado and a hard-boiled egg!

For those who eat simpler, bread, bacon rolls, and eggs are ready for fast food, including a variety of good snacks and snacks. These include salads, wraps, and sandwiches available all day, every day.

“We’re trying to do something special here. The all-day breakfast and brunch menu has been a huge success, and we’ve integrated Goodie, Goodie-Penny’s takeaway which will provide quick takeaway options as well as Heat’s premium offerings,” says Hugo.
