World-class chef and fitness authority sign bottles of Irvine Spirits Gin and Vodka on November 4
Lansdale – The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) announced today that Robert Irvine, world-class chef, fitness authority, author, and philanthropist, will sign pre-purchased bottles of Irvine Spirits starting at 4:00 p.m. Friday, November 4, at The Fine Wine & Good Spirits (FW&GS) Premium Collection Store, Ralphs Corner Shopping Centre, 2333 Welsh Rd. Lansdale, Montgomery County.
Robert Irvine is a world-class chef, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Host of Food Network’s hit show Restaurant: Impossible, he’s given struggling restaurants a second chance to change their lives and businesses in over 200 episodes and counting. In addition to his restaurants — Robert Irvine Public House at the Tropicana in Las Vegas and Fresh Kitchen by Robert Irvine inside the Pentagon — he is the owner of FitCrunch, whose protein bars, powders, and snacks are available across the country; Robert Irvine Foods, which serves restaurant-quality dishes in grocery stores and provides catering to military bases around the world; and Lansdale, PA-based Boardroom Spirits, creators of handcrafted vodka, rum, whiskey and more.

The PLCB regulates alcohol distribution in Pennsylvania, operates 600 wine and spirits stores throughout the state, and licenses 20,000 alcohol producers, retailers, and dealers. PLCB also works to reduce and prevent dangerous and illegal drinking through partnerships with schools, community groups and licensees. Taxes and store profits—totaling approximately $19.5 billion since the agency’s creation—are returned to the Pennsylvania General Fund, which funds Pennsylvania schools, Health and Human Services programs, law enforcement and public safety initiatives, among other important public services. The PLCB also provides financial support to the Pennsylvania State Police Office of Liquor Control Enforcement, the Drug and Alcohol Program Administration, other government agencies, and local municipalities throughout the state.
